1640 Bayview Drive: Architura Inc. designed, planned and supervised
all construction on this house. Originally built in 1969, the home was a very
sound ‘Florida Rancher’ with four bedrooms and constructed of block with 96”
ceilings. Architura began renovation in 2004 by surgically removing portions of
the existing plan and roof area and eventually creating a 4000 sqft two story
luxury residence. The home now has five bedroom suites, a second floor bonus
room and master suite with two private verandas. It is a modern interpretation
of the classic Italian villa.
