Richard Allen is known as an architect with vision, his
designs are innovative, user-friendly, and economical. Educated at the University of Florida,
with Professional Registration in Florida and North Carolina, he is a member of the American institute of Architects and National Council of
Architectural Registration Boards.
Over three decades, Mr. Allen has successfully completed in
excess of $300 million in construction cost in various Florida projects. His unique, yet simple
design approach involves fully understanding the client’s needs through a
series of interviews involving everyone who will one day use the structure. His
designs reflect his sensitivity to the user’s needs. Ultimately this produces a
marriage of form that is intellectually stimulating, aesthetically pleasing,

Edward K. Eible, Architura
Mr. Eible grew up in the building and architectural design
trade, working summers as a carpenter for his family’s construction company.
Self-taught by the age of sixteen in architectural drafting, he designed his
first house when he was seventeen. He studied Interior Design for two years at
Ringling School of Art and Design , in Sarasota,
and then transferred to the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles, where he majored in
environmental design. While in Los
Angeles, he worked for Walt Disney Films. Beginning in
1988, he consulted for several naval architectural firms including, Cigarette,
Sea Ray, Volvo marine, and Wellcraft.
