Boutique 22 was
designed as a custom retail store able to react to trend and be fashion forward
in the very completive women’s apparel market. The intent was to have the
product depth of much larger box stores; Sack’s, Bloomingdales, Neihman Marcus
in a much smaller foot print. Having extensive retail background Architura was
responsible for design, construction supervision and FF&E. The project was
executed from start to finish on a shoe string budget in one hundred days. This
required timely & creative solutions and dedication by owner, contractor
and designer to finish on time and finish well.
