Shore : Owner Tom Leonard wanted to create a retail experience that would rival any other in ‘life style’ retail clothing. Working in conjunction with Foundations, Architura created a design that not only attracts clientele but brings them back to experience the inviting interior and lively shopping experience. Peeling back more than forty years on slapdash renovations the building was brought into its current state only due to the determination of the owner and dedication and hard work of the contractors and design professionals. Architura worked diligently resolving issues as they were presented coordinating with Owner, Building department officials, engineers and contractors in rapid order so that unforeseen delays were minimized and the project could proceed quickly.
